Christian has a homework "menu" that he is supposed to do every month. We forgot all about it until he came home today with a new one for February... AHHHHH! I always was horrible at doing my own homework, why would I be any better at helping my boys do it? Anyway, at the bottom of every homework list, is "Read a great book to someone that is younger than you." The last 2 months it has been cousin Daniel, but this month it is both Jakob and Isaac. If you listen hard enough, you can hear Jakob trying to correct Christian's reading... Oh Dear.

Snow Snow Snow!!!
Oh What Fun!!! Chris still had school, but was 2 hours late. Jake didn't have school at all. They had fun throwing snowballs at the sliding glass door and, of course, eating snow! We are still getting snow and maybe there won't be any school tomorrow. Christian is probably praying for lots of snow and no school... Didn't you at his age? Oh, to be a kid again.
Laughing Boy
Isaac definately in living up to the meaning of his name. He has been such a happy boy lately, laughing and smiling that has become contagious!
Dedicating Isaac
Sunday was a wonderful day (until evening but that is another post). Isaac Joseph Owings was dedicated to the Lord in front of my whole church Family, with my mom, dad, Christian and Jakob standing next to me. Pastor Kerrie Palmer, who has been emotionally and spiritually supporting me throughout the last 6 months, did the dedication. It meant a lot to her to be able to do this for me and it meant a lot to me to have her doing it.
