Just a few random pics of summer time fun:

Sunshine

Ok. So my boys love it when I sing "You Are My Sunshine" to them. They have even made a Mommy version, which they sing to me after I sing to them every night.

Anyway, my mom found this bear and today decided to give it to them. Chris nearly started crying, Jake rolled his eyes and Isaac. Well... Isaac laughed in true Isaac fashion.

I can't believe it...

... but I did it!!!

I took all 3 of my boys to the public pool for an evening of swimming! I told the boys that if they picked up some of their room that we would go to the pool. Well, it took pretty much all day, but finally (after mommy got in there and made piles and told who needed to put what away) at 7:30 last night we piled into the van and away we went! I was actually excited to go. Isaac hadn't been in a big pool yet, so he was VERY nervous. He clung to me for the first 20 minutes or so and I finally got him into the floaty that I had for him. He Loved it!!! He splashed and laughed at the boys being silly coming down the slide. Chris and Jake barely stopped the entire time we were there, going down the slide, using the floaties/noodles and such and just plain enjoying themselves in the pool. We stayed there for a little over an hour, but the boys could have easily stayed there for another hour. I finally got them out by saying that we would go again.

They did sleep well that night! I will be doing that again, it was fun and not as much of a challenge as I thought that it would be!

I now have a VERY clean van...

One Saturday, I spend the better part of the afternoon vacuuming, cleaning the inside, washing the outside, etc. my van. It SOOOOO needed it! The boys were with Donovan, Isaac was sleeping and it felt so good to get it done! I listened to my iPod and was just enjoying myself! This is my AWESOME result:Isaac had a blast playing in the soapy water, getting drenched from head to toe...

And then this happened...

I guess having all the doors open and my iPod blasting through the speakers didn't do very much for my battery. ;(
But in the end, we had fun, got a lot accomplished and a little bit wet in the process!!!
